These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Poet Hospitality Group website at https://poethospitality.com and any services booked, ordered or inquired about through this site, including restaurant reservations, online ordering, royal weddings, catering and event planning. By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Poet Hospitality Group is a Lahore-based hospitality company operating restaurants (Poet Mughlai, Poet Rooftop Garden), royal weddings at Al Shafi Farmhouse, and outdoor catering and event planning across Lahore, Pakistan.
2. Bookings and Reservations
Table reservations, event bookings and catering inquiries initiated through this website are confirmed only after our team responds and acknowledges them by phone, WhatsApp or email. A submitted form is a request, not a guaranteed booking.
For weddings, large events and catering, a deposit may be required to secure a date. Deposit and cancellation terms will be set out in the written quotation provided to you and form part of your contract with us.
3. Online Orders
Online ordering opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message with our kitchen. Your order is confirmed only when our team replies with an order number, total and estimated time. Menu, prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to decline or limit orders for any reason, including capacity, delivery zone or operational constraints.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Service charges, packaging, delivery fees or event-specific charges may apply and will be confirmed before order acceptance. Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking.
5. Allergens and Dietary Information
Our kitchens prepare a wide range of dishes that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, nuts, wheat and seafood. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Please notify us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
6. Cancellations and No-Shows
Restaurant reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled by phone or WhatsApp. Repeat no-shows may impact future booking priority. Wedding, catering and event cancellations are governed by the cancellation schedule in your written quotation or contract.
7. Conduct on Premises
We reserve the right to refuse service or admission, and to ask guests to leave, where conduct is unsafe, disrespectful to staff or other guests, or otherwise inconsistent with the character of our spaces.
8. Intellectual Property
The Poet Hospitality Group name, logos, brand marks, photography, menus and website content are the property of the group and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Photography on Premises
Personal, non-commercial photography is welcome. Commercial shoots, drone use or filming require advance written approval. From time to time we photograph or film our spaces for marketing; if you prefer not to appear, please let our team know on arrival.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poet Hospitality Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for matters that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
